Bondar Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is sourced from a single vineyard at Echunga in the Adelaide Hills. The Dijon clone Chardonnay vines are all hand harvested.

The fruit is lightly pressed straight to a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels and two ceramic eggs. Here the juice ferments naturally and matures for 10 months. There is partial malolactic fermentation and no sulphur additions.

Pale straw, Bondar Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is a balanced wine with powerful fruit flavours and crisp acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
